Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Coverage At this time, Pawvé ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the US, please check back as we expand our shipping coverage in the future.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and the supplier.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.
Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled by our supplier network and may ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the product and supplier. We are unable to guarantee a specific carrier for any given order.
Delays & Issues We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. If you experience a significant delay, please contact us at hello@mypawve.com and we will do our best to assist you promptly.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date at hello@mypawve.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
