Refund policy
At Pawvé, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@mypawve.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-returnable items Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color and size are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
